Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 within Australia, for orders under $100 we offer $10.00 flat shipping rate or a $15 flat shipping rate for express shipping.

We are currently only shipping Australia wide.

All candles are made to order so product send out time will vary depending on individual orders. We will try our best to get your products to you as soon as possible. We may experience delays during busy times of the year (public holidays/occasions) so please allow extra time for your orders to avoid disappointment. We will keep in contact with you from payment option to delivery to your door.

Lavish & Lux co preferred postal service is Australia Post. We do have a pick up option available if you would like this option please get in contact with us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. Addition shipping charges may apply for this unless Lavish & Lux co is at fault. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.
